History
Teoland Realty was founded in April 27, 2016 by spouses, Janice Licup Teologo and John Tristan Teologo who are both Real Estate Brokers. Ms. Janice started as a sales agent then took the broker exam in 2015. A year after, Mr. John Tristan, took the board exam and upon passing started the business. Teoland Realty is now established as evidenced by various recognitions from the developers. For the year 2018 and 2019, they have are considered one of the top selling brokerage firms by Bria Homes. These are the results of hard work, perseverance, and love of their selling agents. Teoland has proven that they can both compete and excel fast-paced world of real estate industry. The company has more than 30 sales agents as of 2022. Teoland is accredited with well-established developers: Filinvest, Robinson Homes, Amaia, SMDC Alveo, Federal Land, Wee Community, Land Co, Sta. Lucia Land Inc., including Hillsview Royale Axeia, Lumina and Bria Homes.
As time goes, Teoland continues to excel and be recognized by their partners. This is also attributable to all the work and sacrifices of their hardworking sales agents. A few of them were even recognized as Top Seller nationwide.
